This beautiful large painting includes many symbols representing the state of God's people past and present. In the upper left corner is Moses holding the brazen serpent staff, below is the lion and unicorn emblems of Judah and Ephraim now found on the national heraldry of Great Britain. Further below are the Divine words to 2 Chronicles 7:14 emblazoned on the wall as if by an unseen hand. Other depictions include Jacob's blessing on his grandsons Ephraim and Manasseh (Genesis 48), the eagle of the tribe of Dan now found on America's shield, and Hebrew temple furniture. In the foreground Angels weep for the sorry Spiritual state of God's people today, while the Holy Spirit glory cloud begins to fill the temple. This is a fascinating piece of artwork with a multitude of symbolism to ponder.

An inspiring painting depicting the arrival in Ireland of Princess Tamar Tephi, the legendary daughter of the last king of Judah, Zedekiah. The story of her escape from the advancing Babylonian army, first to Tahphanhes, Egypt (Jeremiah chapter 43), and then by sea westward, is told by Francis Henking in her historical novel, "The Tender Twig," which is available from Bible Blessings.
